Kathleen Snyder began cooking in her teenage years. She possessed a love for experimenting with foods and unique and interesting combinations. Later she learned every aspect of the restaurant business. She continued her education of the culinary arts at Santa Monica College and in private cooking classes with some of the Master Chefs in the industry. Kathleen has studied cooking with renowned and authored chefs such as Tyler Florence, Sara Moulton, Beverly Gannon, Tim McGrath, Hugh Carpenter, Mary Risley, Joanne Weir and Nancy Zaslavsky.
Her experience includes event planning and catering for large parties, and she has taught cooking classes, and performed cooking demonstrations in her home. Her love and passion for cooking has translated into wonderfully hosted meals and parties that have won her a multitude of accolades. “I hope to impart some of the knowledge and cooking tips that I have collected throughout my life, along with my passion for creating fun and innovative meals.”
