You will be able to explore a world of culinary delights through cooking classes in beautiful Paso Robles. The city is just 30 minutes north of San Luis Obispo on the Central Coast of California. Paso Robles’ trademark slogan is “Darn near Paradise”, and has long been known as a destination spot for great wines, food and wine festivals and a host of other related activities. It is the perfect spot to expand your knowledge of food preparation. The 2-Dishes™ unique style of presentation sets their classes apart from others you may have attended, and you will delight in the entertaining way they are taught.

2-Dishes is available for hire!  We will be happy to host a cooking class for your own private occasion or create a menu for a small dinner party or event.  The 2-Dishes cooking classes will expand your horizons with taste sensations from the Mediterranean to the Orient and we also conduct specialized classes focusing on Soups, Pastas and Canning. Kathleen brings along a vast array of experience from her studies with celebrated chefs, cookbook authors, and culinary training and experience through her world travels.  Now, she is making this information available to you.
